4 cups of sifted flour
1 cup of sugar
1 cup of raisins
1 cup of white seedless raisins
1 cup of butter
1 1/2 cups of unsweetened applesauce
3 teaspoons of baking soda
1 teaspoon of salt
Sift flour with salt and baking soda. Mix in fruit and sugar. Add applesauce and mix thoroughly. Pour into greased and lined tin and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. This cake will stay fresh for a month! _________________ May your day be touched
