Much like "Riverdance," the Irish music extravaganza known as "Celtic Woman" started out as a one-time-only show that quickly became in an international phenomenon (thanks to the magic of public television). The current incarnation of the show, "Celtic Woman: Isle of Hope" comes to the Mabee Center, 7777 E. 81st St., 7:30 p.m. Sunday.

The show features four vocalists and a fiddler who perform traditional Irish tunes, original songs by the show's creators and music directors, as well as hits made popular by everyone from Bobby Darin to Josh Grobin, backed by a full band and chorus.
