My take on tour dates is that if you can buy tickets then it is fairly certain to go ahead. But that is not always the case. I was watching the movie of the Dixie Chicks and there was segment there where they watched ticket sales and decided to cancel a bunch of concerts that weren't selling well. As I understand it, that happens a lot with many artists. But generally with CW, since they are sponsored by PBS in the US, it is a good bet that there won't be any cancellations unless something unexpected happens, like weather at Red Rocks where they re-scheduled.
So it is not really a simple black and white answer. If you can buy tickets it is most likely to go ahead. When CW officially releases their tour schedule, then it will be confirmation it will go ahead.

No, unfortunately we don't know the date they will post tour date info.. But I expect perhaps 1 month before the fall US tour begins. But I'm just guessing. In the meantime, any info that anyone finds, I'm very happy to post.

I found on ticketmaster the dates that the tickets will go on sale for the last little fall tour. Don't know if anyone knows this or not.
