Tony,
You can go into your profile and go to show gallery at the bottom, use the drop down at the top and go to M?av N? Mhaolchatha we have 8 Avatars there or in the topics go to Avatars and Pictures Marie has 3 there you could use.
Now for your pictures a lot of people use www.photobucket.com to upload their pictures. It is FREE to use.
